Location at the River is perfect! Free coffee and hot chocolate on the second floor, along with refillable water bottles in each room. Friendly front desk staff and a comfortable bed make for a great stay in the heart of the action.

The grilled veggies at London House Rooftop Bar were straight-up heavenly – like a flavor explosion in your mouth! Plus, the close walking distance to Land & Lake Kitchen and Morton's The Steakhouse made chowing down on scrumptious dishes such a breeze. The food scene around here is on point! 🌆

Now, lemme dish out a quick critique from the database: felt a bit like a "bait and switch" with the Club Quarters situation – not the vibe I was expecting. But hey, even with a few water marks and smudges in the room, the place still shined bright like a diamond!

This room was so comfy and had a great view of the Chicago River. The bed felt like a cloud, and the work station was perfect for organizing my day. The free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected, and the Keurig Brewing System was a nice touch for a coffee lover like me.

The only thing I didn't love was the iPod docking station. It wasn't something I used, but I'm sure others would find it handy.

The River hotel in Chicago offers luxurious non-smoking rooms with stunning views of the Chicago River. I stayed in the One-Room Suite with a cozy kitchenette, private bathroom, and a queen-size bed, providing a delightful stay. The room, located on the 10th floor, had a microwave and fridge, and the same breathtaking view as the rooms on the 11th floor.

That the electric voltage in the room was too low, resulting in minimal natural light despite the wraparound views in the tower.

Had a deluxe double room with a view, and we liked it.

I always return for the exceptional service and cozy rooms. Staff once helped me with transport, which I appreciated. The hotel suits me perfectly, offering Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, a kitchenette, and pet-friendly rooms. I can't wait to come back for New Year's!

Pleasant place to stay, it's clean. The hotel is in a great and efficient position and the airport is 20 km away. There is a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Ocean Prime that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, right in front of the Trump tower, and within walking distance to all the hotspots in the city. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was super convenient, and the gym, although a tad small, was handy. The deluxe 2 room queens were spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were jaw-droppingly comfortable. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay sensational. And can we talk about the amazing second floor lounging area? Incredibly impressed! Plus, the price was just right for such an incredible location. Our trip was simply fantastic!

The location is great, as the hotel is based right off Michigan avenue. Incredible and exceptional staff, they know their business. The units are neat and airy with comfortable bed.

I was offered a room with pleasant views of downtown. The venue was in a very central location just next door to O'Hare international airport as well as the river, across from the Trump Tower, the second building from the Michigan Ave.

the towels were thick and clean, and there was free laundry. the hotel is super close to the main attractions and has great local insights. plus, the housekeeping manager sent back our stuff we left behind - which was awesome.
