our stay at river was truly amazing. from the friendly staff to the superb location, everything exceeded our expectations. the receptionist even upgraded us to a room with a great view for a small fee. it made our drive to the lake unforgettable. river is definitely the place to stay in chicago!

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were within walking distance of all the main attractions and had easy access to bus and boat tours. The amenities were great, with filtered water machines and free snacks available. The check-in and check-out process was quick and the staff were friendly. I also appreciated the yoga mat in the room for a little relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city with stunning views of the river. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved waking up to a good view each morning. The staff were friendly and provided great service. Plus, the prices were reasonable, especially considering the value for money. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at Wild Berries - a perfect start to the day!
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

It was clean, and the people were courteous. Got warm room with a view. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, for example, a public park was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

It was fairly clean place, staff were courteous and welcoming, and I loved my silent room. My room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and tea/coffee making equipment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the river, near Michigan Ave. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the touristy places and enjoy the great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming, answering all our questions and fulfilling our requests in a timely manner. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent facilities provided. Additionally, the hotel offered a hydration station on every floor, allowing us to fill and reuse water bottles, which was a nice touch.
